Minimum Order to One Location

Minimum order is $ 100.00. All applicable freight and handling charges will be applied to the order. Any order under $100.00 will not be accepted.

Minimum Order to One Location with PREPAID Shipping

Minimum order to one location with prepaid shipping is $500.00. Any order under $500.00 down to $100.00 will have all applicable freight and handling charges applied to the order.

Back Orders

Back orders totaling $100.00 and more, on an order that originally had $500.00 and over will be shipped prepaid. Any back order less than $100.00 will be cancelled.

Taxes (USA ONLY)

State Sales Taxes will be charged on all orders. For a tax exemption a copy of Sales Tax Exempt Certificate must be provided.

Taxes (CANADA ONLY)

Prices shown on price list do not include applicable taxes imposed by federal, provincial governments. Kangaroo Marketing is registered to collect G.S.T. Our G.S.T. registration number is R-860112705.

Payment

Orders can be charged to the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. Open accounts are available only after a few months of purchasing history and then a credit application has been filled and approved. All initial order are to be paid by credit cards.

Opened Accounts

On approved accounts, net 30 days following the date of invoice, providing the account is not in arrears. Kangaroo Marketing reserves the rights to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month compounded. On any returned N.S.F. check, a $ 20.00 charge will apply to cover bank and handling charges.

Shipment

All products are shipped via FedEx, unless otherwise requested. Any special shipping instruction or carriers will be subject to additional charges even though the order is prepaid.

Responsibility of Order in Transit

Our responsibility for each shipment ceases when the transport company takes possession. Claims for loss or damage must be made against the carrier. Please make written claims for shortage within 24 hours of receipt. You should exercise cautions when signing carrier's delivery receipt and note any shortages or damages on receipt.

Short Shipments or Errors on Orders

Kangaroo Marketing must be advised within 24 hours of receipt order of any short shipments or errors on orders.

Returns

All sales are final. There are NO Returns.

Pricing

Wholesale (dealer net) prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any applicable taxes. Tax amounts will be shown separately at the bottom of your invoice..
